GLC has been chosen by The Council of Residential Specialists as their new custom content partner for The Residential Specialist, the association’s award-winning flagship publication. As part of the strategic partnership, GLC will provide editorial, design and production services for the bimonthly print magazine; create an e-newsletter program; and build a responsive website to replace the current static flipbook interface.
Founded in 1976, the Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® — a professional network of more than 30,000 residential real estate professionals (3% of REALTORS® holding the elite CRS designation) within the U.S and overseas.
“We are pleased with our decision to work with GLC,” said Tony Priore, VP of Marketing and Communications at CRS. “We believe GLC has the depth of experience and leading edge capabilities that will add value to The Residential Specialist well into the future.”
CRS members are committed to achieving success in helping their clients and customers complete a home sale or purchase. Further, they are dedicated to succeed in their careers demonstrated by the rigorous education and training that CRS Designees receive. The Council of Residential Specialists provides agents with the tools, resources and strategies they need to help them guide buyers and sellers through the residential sales process.
“We know this audience is always looking for an edge. Certified Residential Specialists seek out and demand valuable insight, thought leadership, growth strategies and tools they can use to advance their business and their profession even when they are away from their work computers,” said Joe Stella, VP, Business Development, Associations, “which is why it’s important to create an integrated communications platform that reaches them not only in print but via a mobile-friendly website that will be updated frequently with new and valuable content.”
The Residential Specialist delivers in-depth features and relevant news, trends and success strategies that are making a big impact on today’s residential real estate business. The newly designed publication and website are set to launch in late May. For more information, contact Joe Stella, VP, Business Development, Associations.
